Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be authorised to act for the business you register.

• New businesses receive a one-month free trial.
• After the trial, continued access is $69.99 per month.
• Payment is by bank transfer (or card where enabled). Access continues while your subscription is paid and up to date.
• If payment is not received, access to the workspace may be paused until the account is brought up to date. Your data is retained during this period.
• You can stop using the service at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Where a referral reward is offered, it applies only while a referred business remains an active paying customer, and payment of rewards is subject to the terms shown in the referral section of the app. We may change or end the referral program at any time.

You agree not to misuse the service, including that you will not:

• Use it for unlawful purposes or to store unlawful content.
• Attempt to access other businesses’ data or interfere with the security of the service.
• Resell or copy the service without our permission.

You own the data you put into TradeCentral. You grant us the permission needed to store and process it to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the quotes, invoices and other documents you create, and for meeting your own tax and licensing obligations (including whether GST applies to your business).

We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update features and these terms from time to time; material changes will be notified through the service or by email.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the fees paid for the period affected, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
